The online accompaniment to our 3-Step Quick Start guide

Step One - Register & Login

  1. Navigate to the registration page

  2. Fill out the details to the best of your knowledge

  3. After reading and ticking both of the terms and privacy boxes the 'Register' button will appear!

All of these details can be changed at a later date, so don't worry too much!

Step Two - Adjust your Settings

Once you have confirmed your email address, you will be able to login! The first thing to do will be to double check all of the settings.

Visit the 'Account' page to read about each setting. Clientapp has a sensible set of default settings that will probably suit most cases, but it's always good to get everything just right for your team!

Step Three - Add your Data

Finally, you will need to add your data. A good place to start is with your staff data. All you need initially is a name and optionally an email address.

OPTIONAL: If you would like your staff to have their own logins, supply an email address for them when you create them.

The next crucial set of data to enter in will be your services. This can be done from the services page. Simply click on the green '+' button in the bottom right hand side of the page.

Services are grouped so the very first thing to add will be a group. You can then add services to each group you create.
